How does it work?
Delivery is provided by our partner GEODIS, leader in the transport and logistics sector.
What are the delivery times?
Depending on your department, delivery is guaranteed between 24 and 72 working hours.
How are your orders prepared?
Your orders are prepared in our warehouse and are palletized on Euro pallets (dimensions 80cm x 120cm), wrapped and protected for transport. Each pallet does not exceed a maximum weight of 750kg.
Is storage in your warehouse really FREE?
YES. You have the possibility to postpone the delivery date of your order depending on the progress of your project.

Are your tiles affordable?
YES. We are in direct contact with our brands, which prevents the presence of intermediaries and therefore allows us to have cost control.
Are your tiles of good quality?
YES. As a distributor of the BIEN SERAMIK and QUA GRANITE brands, we have top-quality tiles, without any bath or calibration defects.
Are your tiles in stock?
YES. We only offer tiles that are currently in immediate stock on our website.
Do you have the skirting boards to match the tiles?
YES. The skirting boards are custom-made according to the selected tiles and your needs. As this is a custom-made service, please contact our Customer Service to obtain some.
